Important Information Re. Your Order

DPD Next Working Day Delivery: If you place your order prior to 2pm Monday - Friday this will be delivered the following Working day.

If you place the order after 2pm this will be dispatched the next working day. (If ordered after 2pm on a Friday this will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday)

For Remote orders outside of the UK Mainland (Remote is N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands and Islands.) There is a standard charge of £24.99.

Order Support

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email can take up to 24 hours to arrive in your inbox and will confirm what items you purchased, the quantity and how much you have been charged. If you have not received your order confirmation out with the 24 hour period please contact our amazing customer service team who will be happy to assist you. (don't forget to check that pesky Junk/spam/promotions folder)

We have a 14 day returns policy. However during the Christmas period when toys are purchased weeks before Christmas Day we will extend this until the end of the following January. More more information of refunds and returns click here

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments due to the speedy work of our warehouse team. This includes changes such as delivery address, delivery method. If you wish to cancel your order, we will endevour to do this if the item has not already been shipped to you. If you wish to return your order please follow our returns process.

There are multiple statuses for your order depending which stage it is at. Below is a list of the statuses you will see when checking your order's progress.

Processing - We have received payment for your order and it has been created.

Order Received - Your order is waiting to be processed by the Dispatch Team.

Out for delivery – Your order is on its way to you

Complete - Your order has been completed and confirmed as delivered.

In the unlikely event that this happens, please follow the standard returns process and you will receive a replacement with the correct item.

It is unlikely that we would ever need to cancel your order unless it was deemed as fraudulent or there was an error with the items stock levels. If this unlikely event occurs we will contact you ASAP!
