Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly arrange a free collection for any defective or incorrect item.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase and wish to exchange or return you will be responsible for returns postage (currently £9.95 with our courier or you can return the goods to us yourself).

In all cases these items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order with the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

• Once items are safely received back to our warehouse a refund will be processed.
