Refund policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase.

We are happy to refund or exchange any items you are not satisfied with. We will gladly arrange a free collection for any defective or incorrect items.

If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for other reasons:

• You are responsible for the return postage.
• Options: Return the goods yourself, or use our courier service for £9.95.
• Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

2. Package your item: Please include a copy of your Order Reference Number inside the package to prevent any delays.
3. Receive your refund: Once items are safely received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately.
